Employer contact details, role/project information and uploaded job specifications are used to review and manage the sourcing requirement.
Candidate information
Candidate contact details, CVs, employment information, qualifications, location and availability are used for legitimate recruitment purposes and to discuss potentially relevant opportunities.
Website form storage
The site uses Netlify Forms to capture submissions and uploaded files. Access should be limited to authorised FSG users, and submission data should be actively managed and deleted when no longer required subject to applicable retention obligations.
Candidate submissions to employers
General registration with FSG is not blanket authority to distribute a CV. Specific opportunities should be discussed before external candidate submission.
Files and sensitive information
Do not upload unnecessary identity numbers, bank information, medical records or other sensitive documents through the website. FSG will request additional information separately where a lawful recruitment or onboarding purpose requires it.

You may ask FSG to correct inaccurate recruitment information or raise a privacy query at talent-world@outlook.com. Formal Information Officer details will be published before the final production-domain launch.
